The greatest mekubalim and tzaddikim choose to pray and conduct special tikkunim specifically at the Cave Entrance! The tziyun (tomb) of Rashbi in Meron is built on the upper layer of Rashbi’s Cave. Rashbi’s grave is inside a burial cave, the entrance to which was blocked with rocks, and the Cave Entrance on the lower layer is the closest place to Rabbi Shimon’s grave. Since 5748 (1948), in the merit of Hachnasas Orchim Rashbi Meron, all those who ascend to visit Rashbi’s holy tziyun enjoy tastefully-served and plentiful food and drink, every day, including Shabbos and Yom Tov.
The Gedolei Yisrael established the Kabbalists’ Yeshivah in the holiest place on Earth, at the entrance of Rashbi’s cave — close to the Shaarei Shamayim. From there, yeshuos and miracles go forth to help all Klal Yisrael.
We do the Chai Rotel segulah during the mass pilgrimage to Meron on the day of Rashbi’s hilulah, by distributing food and drink weighing 18 rotel which is known for bringing about supernatural yeshuos.
